This made me smile

Strawberry yogurt! A new employee is joining my team on April 5. She’s from the program side of our agency and is coming over to the “dark side” of corporate services. While interviewing, I asked her, “What pushes you over the edge?” If she had said, “nothing,” that would have been a red flag; we all have something that freaks us out. And I loved her answer: when someone else eats her strawberry yogurt! It’s often the little things that tip the scales, wouldn’t you agree? So I’m going to have some strawberry Greek yogurt in the lunch room when she starts hew new job!
